Self-Regulation. Executive Function. Lifestyle Support
Athletes
Personalized strategies for performance, recovery, and balance.
Helping you build focus, resilience, and balance both on the field and in life after sports.
Balancing training, responsibilities, and life off the field takes more than just time — it requires resilience, mental focus, and personalized strategies that go beyond generic advice.
Athletes today face constant pressure to perform — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over time, burnout, stress, and imbalance can chip away at both performance and well-being. The demands of a sport-dominant lifestyle can be intensified by learning differences, academic stress, or feeling more successful in your sport than outside of it.
With a background as a collegiate athlete and professional training in mental wellness and performance, I take a holistic approach that supports both who you are and how you perform.
Together, we’ll build sustainable systems that enhance focus, recovery, and self-control — helping you perform your best in sport and thrive in life beyond it.
