Self-Regulation. Executive Function. Lifestyle Support

Teens & Adults

Ages 13+

My goal is to provide practical, action-oriented support that helps you better understand yourself and build skills you can use in everyday life.

TEENS

Teens today are juggling school expectations, extracurricular activities, social dynamics, sleep schedules, and growing independence. Many teens are smart, motivated, and capable- yet staying organized, managing stress, and regulating emotions can feel harder than it should. This may show up as overwhelm, moodiness, frustration, or difficulty keeping up, especially for teens who learn and live differently.

Our work together will focus on life and activity balance, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and rest/leisure, while supporting holistic development- not just performance. A central part of therapy is helping teens better understand themselves: how they learn, how they respond to stress, and what strategies support emotional and functional adaptation and follow-through with responsibilities.

Sessions are practical, collaborative, and rooted in real-life situations, building skills that support success now and lay a strong foundation for future transitions to college, work, and independent living.

ADULTS

Adults often come to therapy feeling capable yet stretched thin balancing work or graduate-level education, relationships, and daily responsibilities while trying to care for themselves. You are intelligent and driven, but stress, burnout, or feeling stuck can make everyday life feel overwhelming. These challenges often relate to your unique needs and way of navigating the world, showing up as difficulties with time management, emotional regulation, or building sustainable routines.

Our work together will focus on self-management, executive functioning, stress regulation, and intentional routines that support both productivity and well-being. We’ll build self-awareness alongside practical systems to help you manage your energy, reduce overwhelm, and feel more grounded in everyday life.

The goal isn’t just to get more done- it’s to support quality of life, life satisfaction, and meaningful productivity with emotional balance, so your daily life feels more sustainable and aligned.
